Equipment evaluation

Select core equipment such as compressors, evaporators, refrigerant systems, cold room panel material and thickness, and control systems. Compare the initial costs, energy consumption, maintenance frequency, and backup capabilities of different options. Provide a combination that balances efficiency and long-term operational benefits, ensuring subsequent construction and operational safety.

On-site construction

Assemble clapboard panels according to construction drawings, erect partitions, install refrigerant and drainage pipes, configure electrical distribution, and set up outdoor units/machine rooms. Ensure all work processes comply with safety and durability standards, avoid interference with other equipment, and leave space for inspection, drainage slope, and defrosting needs.

Acceptance Testing

Complete trial operation, load testing, and temperature stability verification. Inspect protection mechanisms, drainage, condensation, and energy consumption performance. Ensure actual operation meets specifications, then proceed with operational training and handover. Provide users with daily maintenance and troubleshooting guides, and officially deliver for use.
